Ticket Policy   The Pumphouse Players, Inc. strives to provide our theatre patrons with several options to reserve/purchase tickets for our productions.  You can use our website to make pre-paid reservations.  You may also call our box office and leave a message for one of our staff who will return your call within one business day.  THE PUMPHOUSE PLAYERS, INC. NO LONGER ACCEPTS WILL-CALL RESERVATIONS.   The house opens one hour prior to curtain; the seating area is opened 30 minutes prior to curtain.   Pre-paid Reservations can be made by either calling the box office (770-387-2610) and leaving a message for our staff to get back to you or by using this website.  Any pre-paid reservations will be held and cannot be resold to those on the stand-by list. Group Rates are available for pre-paid parties of 10 or more for a specific performance.  You cannot spread the party of 10+ over multiple performance dates.  To pre-pay for your group, you can call our box office (770-387-2610) or use this website.   The website will not allow you to make reservations within three (3) hours of show time on the day of a specific performance.  If you need to alter an existing order or place a first-time order for tickets on the day of the performance, you will need to call the box office.  Any calls to the box office less than 3 hours prior to curtain may not be returned and therefore your reservations cannot be guaranteed.  We do offer a stand-by list for sold-out performances in the event of last-minute ticket cancellation.  Any unclaimed tickets will be offered to those individuals on stand-by in the order they were added to the list.  We cannot add names to the stand-by list over the phone; you must be present at the box office to get on the stand-by list for sold-out performances.   Return Policy   Pre-paid tickets purchased via the website or at the box office can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled performance.    The Group Rate cannot be applied if less than 10 members of your group do not attend.  You will have the choice to either pay the regular ticket prices for each of you that are in attendance or elect to pay for 10 “group discount” tickets.  If you have more than 10 in your party but some of the pre-paid members are missing, those tickets may be refunded per the timelines listed above (24 hrs. prior to curtain on credit cards or up to curtain for cash/check transactions).
